DEI Leadership

Research on organizational diversity, regardless of industry, cites leadership more frequently than any other element of an effective diversification strategy.[1] It is critical that diversity and inclusion initiatives are supported by those who have the power and resources to make change. The resources in this section will help organizational leaders develop goals and establish policies and practices that support more inclusive and equitable business operations.

Dr. J Jackson-Beckham is an author, speaker, and vocal advocate for the craft beverage community. After being named the Brewers Association’s first Equity & Inclusion Partner in 2018, she went on to lead both its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion department, and its Member Resources team until 2025. Today, she continues to support the industry as an independent thought leader and changemaker.
