‘Hill Staff Homebrew Competition’ Crowns the Best Homebrewer on the Hill
House and Senate Members Present Trophy on Dec. 12
What:
With the ingredients of bipartisanship, beer and friendly competition, the American Homebrewers Association (AHA) presents the second annual Hill Staff Homebrew Competition! Individuals, groups of friends and offices have all submitted their brews, and the winner(s) will receive the highly coveted Capitol Hill Staff Homebrew Champion Trophy. Who:
Members of the House and Senate Small Brewers Caucuses, alongside Bob Pease, president and CEO of the Brewers Association (BA)—the parent organization of the AHA—will be presenting the competition trophy to the winner(s). Certified beer judges and professional brewers are judging the competition, which welcomes any employee on Capitol Hill, from congressional staffers to security personnel to custodial staff (all entries have already been submitted!).
