An action brought before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California alleging Craft Brew Alliance’s Kona beers misrepresent their geographic origin will continue following a judge’s decision related to a Motion to Dismiss. While the court’s recent opinion granted in part and denied in part that motion, key elements in the suit remain intact and the case will proceed.
