Cooperative Advertising Considered in FL

Companions H.B. 775 and S.B. 822 seek a tied-house exemption allowing a manufacturer or importer of malt beverages and a vendor to enter into a written agreement for brand naming rights, including the right to advertise cooperatively under specified conditions.
