Amended in committee, A.B. 2573 would authorize a beer manufacturer, as defined, to furnish, give, rent, loan, or sell advertising specialties to an on-sale retail licensee, subject to specified conditions. The bill would prohibit an on-sale retail licensee that was furnished or given advertising specialties free of charge from selling those advertising specialties.
