Amended and re-referred to committee, Senate Bill 620 establishes a regulatory process for specified distilled spirits manufacturers and producers and beer manufacturers to directly ship alcoholic beverages to a resident of California who is 21 years of age or older, for the resident’s personal use and not for resale.
