Amended in Assembly committee, S.B. 844, within the context of allowable returns of seasonal brands of beer from retail licensees to wholesalers, changes the definition of “seasonal brand of beer” from a brand of beer that is brewed by a manufacturer to commemorate a specific holiday season to a brand of beer that is brewed by a manufacturer to recognize a season or a holiday.
