The Brewers Association is a trade associatinon representing over 1,000 of America's small breweries. As such it is important for the BA to have standards and guidelines in place for its members regarding their advertising and marketing efforts. The BA Marketing and Advertising Code was developed by the BA Board of Directors and Senior staff and was adopted by the BA as official policy in Feburary 2008. Related to to Marekting and Advertising Code is the Brewers Association is the Advertising and Marketing Code Complaint Process.
