Requirements for Ad Submissions

Please read the following requirements before submitting your ad.

Acceptable Files Types

All files (including support art) must be a minimum of 300 dpi (133 lpi).

  • EPS
  • TIFF
  • PSD
  • JPG
  • PDF (300 dpi with fonts embedded)
  • AI (with fonts turned to outlines)
  • InDesign (with fonts and art files)

Unacceptable File Types

We can not work with files from the following programs:

  • Corel Draw
  • Microsoft Publisher
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Excel

Colors

  • Black and White
  • CMYK (spot [PMS] colors are not accepted)

Sending your files

There are three ways to submit your file:

  1. CD: Send your artwork on a CD to:

  2. Email: If your files are under 5 MB in size, email them to advertising@brewersassociation.org.
  3. FTP*: Files may be posted to our FTP site (please compress your files before posting them to our FTP site). Please contact advertising@brewersassociation.org for the FTP address, user name and password.
    * Mac users, please use a software program such as Fetch to access our FTP site.
