What’s your current position at your brewery, and how did you get started in the craft brewing industry?

I am the owner of Frogg Brewing in Marlborough, N.H. My wife and I spent weekends and vacations with friends visiting craft breweries in New England, across the U.S., and outside the country. I met a great brewer, we got along, and we decided to give it a shot, opening Frogg Brewing last October.

What’s new at Frogg Brewing?

We have only been open for seven months and are up to nine beers on tap. We like to cater to all beer enthusiasts by providing a wide range of styles including IPA, Pilsner, brown, porter, stout, pale ale, and Kölsch to name a few.

What’s the best part of being a part of the craft brewing community?

The community enjoys working together and helping each other out. We share resources, assist with questions, and collaborate.

Name a favorite food and beer pairing.

Beer and pretzels.

What’s your biggest accomplishment unrelated to your job?

I own my own homebuilding business, which I still operate along with the brewery.

What’s your favorite beer from another brewery?

Heady Topper from The Alchemist.

What do you like to do in your time away from the brewery?

Travel in the U.S. and internationally to enjoy local culture, cuisine, and spirits.

What’s the most memorable travel destination at which you’ve had a chance to sample the local beer?

In September 2018 I traveled to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria and sampled too many beers to count. It was great meeting brewers to discuss how their beers were made and what beers were in each region.
