What’s your current position at your brewery, and how did you get started in the craft brewing industry?

I own and operate Holidaily Brewing Company in Golden, Colo. I got started in beer primarily working in distribution for one of the bigger breweries in the industry. I got into craft brewing because of my need to create good gluten-free beer.

What’s new at Holidaily?

Holidaily is growing! We are constantly learning more about gluten-free brewing styles and options and we continue to expand our Colorado distribution footprint.

What’s the best part of being a part of the craft brewing community?

The best part for us is that many craft brewers are our customers. Because of our unique niche, a number of Colorado breweries serve our beer in their taproom, providing a gluten-free option to their customers.

Name a favorite food and beer pairing.

Chocolate and our BuckWit Belgian-style ale.

What’s your biggest accomplishment unrelated to your job?

Raising twin girls.

What’s your favorite beer from another brewery?

Because of my gluten sensitivity, I can’t imbibe all of the awesome Colorado craft beers.

What’s the most memorable travel destination at which you’ve had a chance to sample the local beer?

Portland, Ore. There are four dedicated gluten-free breweries there, giving people like me the opportunity to sample a number of beers.

What do you like to do in your time away from the brewery?

Enjoy all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer and spend time with my family.
