What’s your current role at your brewery, and how did you get started in the craft brewing industry?
I am currently the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner at Bosque Brewing Co. I was one of six original employees when we opened in 2012, hired as a server. Over the last 11 years I have helped grow the company to 300+ employees with 9 locations across New Mexico, and became an equity partner in 2019.

What’s new at your brewery?
2024 is going to be a big year for Bosque. We plan to open four new locations in twelve months. Wish us luck!

What’s the best part of being a part of the craft brewing community?
The craft beer industry is so innovative and always changing. Whether that be in the beers we make, the locations and experiences that we offer, or the business models that we have invested in.

Name a favorite food and beer pairing.
India Pale Ale and cheesecake. Yum!

What’s your biggest accomplishment unrelated to your job?
Two little girls named Teagan and Piper that I have the privilege of raising with my husband Jake.

What’s your favorite beer from another brewery?
PIVO Pils for life!

What do you like to do in your time away from the brewery?
Quality time outside with family listening to music, Saturday movie nights, and all things Disney with my girls.

What’s the most memorable travel destination at which you’ve had a chance to sample the local beer and why?
Back to PIVO. I remember driving all the way up from San Diego to Los Angeles just to visit Firestone Walker and experience their beer fresh on tap. It was absolutely worth it.
