Allagash Brewing Company
Michael Billon is a quality control specialist at Allagash Brewing Company in Portland, Maine. With a focus on microbiology, he was hired in 2016 to help advance the company's quality control (QC) program. Since then, he has played a key role in establishing a molecular diagnostic program and expanding yeast propagation capabilities. Michael is a born and raised Mainer, and when he's not busy with work, he enjoys spending time outside, asking his dog repeatedly to "stop eating that."
