He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Introduced by Representatives Dan Newhouse (R-Wash.) and Jennifer Wexton (D-Va.), along with eight other original co-sponsors, the United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipping Equity Act (H.R. 3721) would allow the USPS to ship alcohol (beer, wine, and spirits) in states where it is currently legal to do so.
