He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Amended prior to Senate passage, Senate Bill 2153 seeks to void the March 1, 2022, sunset provision contained in the act authorizing a holder of a Class B or brew pub manufacturer’s license to sell specified amounts of wine, beer and mixed alcoholic beverages with takeout food orders; however, sale of all other alcoholic beverages and any delivery of alcoholic beverages would be prohibited.
