Amended prior to Senate passage, Senate Bill 2153 seeks to void the March 1, 2022, sunset provision contained in the act authorizing a holder of a Class B or brew pub manufacturer’s license to sell specified amounts of wine, beer and mixed alcoholic beverages with takeout food orders; however, sale of all other alcoholic beverages and any delivery of alcoholic beverages would be prohibited.
