He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Before coming to the small brewing industry in 2001, Pete worked for 14 years with both state and federal elected officials in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.

Companions H.B. 185 and S.B 966 seek to allow certain breweries the ability to self-distribute under specified conditions and to transfer beer to any restaurant with which it has common ownership affiliations and that is part of a restaurant group that comprises not more than 15 restaurants.
