Senate Bill 246 seeks to allow self-distribution of 50,000 barrels for breweries producing less than 100,000 barrels annually (current is 25,000), small brewery (less than 25,000 barrels) termination of a distributor in absence of good cause with fair market value compensation and would limit additional retail locations to three. Also includes language further protecting distributors in several areas.
