S.B. 562 would allow any manufacturer licensed by the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations to give a retail licensee samples of malt liquor and wine. Current law restricts this practice to small breweries, small wineries and wholesalers.
