House Bill 301 permits a manufacturer to obtain a vendor’s license at six manufacturing premises; provides for the sale of malt beverages directly to consumers for on-premises and off-premises consumption with some limitations; specifies growlers to be containers of 32, 64, and 128 ounces; permits manufacturers or distributors to pay for and conduct tasting of malt beverages on a vendor’s licensed premises, subject to certain requirements.
