He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Before coming to the small brewing industry in 2001, Pete worked for 14 years with both state and federal elected officials in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.

Passed by the full Senate, Senate Bill 327 would consolidate two similar tied-house exceptions (one pertaining to “on-sale” retailers and the other to “off-sale” retailers) within the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Act, which authorize the dissemination of information pertaining to the retail availability of products by alcoholic beverage producers, distributors or importers in response to direct inquiries from consumers.
