The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has given label approval to the makers of Palcohol, a powdered alcohol product. TTB originally approved the labels in 2014, but withdrew those approvals saying they had been issued in error. A TTB spokesman stated that all issues have now been resolved.
