Senate Bill 152 seeks an expansion of the sales abilities of malt beverage manufacturers to allow up to 3,000 barrels sold at each of the brewer’s licensed premises for on- or off-premise consumption. Additionally, requires fifty percent of malt beverages sold for consumption on a brewer’s licensed premises to be produced on the same licensed premises on which such sales occur. Finally, for brewpubs, increase the annual amount beer allowed to be sold to wholesale dealers to 10,000 barrels (from 5,000).
