Signed by the Governor, Senate Bill 690 outlines the conditions that allow a brewer to terminate a distribution sales agreement with a nonresident seller. The measure requires a brewer not licensed in Oklahoma selling beer to a nonresident seller to have a written distribution sales agreement with the nonresident seller.
