He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Before coming to the small brewing industry in 2001, Pete worked for 14 years with both state and federal elected officials in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.

House Bill 1049 consolidates into one paragraph the provisions that govern the sale of a manufacturer’s product for off-premises consumption to non-licensees from the licensed manufacturer’s facility. It also repeals and replaces in a separate subsection the provisions governing the authorization of a licensed manufacturer in the State to have a retail establishment licensed for the sale of liquor to be consumed on the premises.
