New Prop 65 Warnings in California

The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) adopted new Proposition 65 warning regulations effective August 30, 2018. Proposition 65 (“Prop 65”) is a California law that requires brewers and other manufacturers doing business in California to provide a “clear and reasonable” warning to consumers about exposure to chemicals that the OEHHA has identified as known to cause cancer and/or reproductive toxicity, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
