Among many provisions affecting sales, sampling, and homebrewing House Bill 500 seeks to raise the barrelage cap to 200,000 (from 25,000) to retain self-distribution rights and that brewers under the 200,000 barrel cap can terminate distributors without cause under a “fair compensation” scenario.
