Carried over, Senate Bill 442 seeks to add to the exceptions to the registration requirement for labels of malt liquor, wine, hard cider or low–alcohol spirits products sold in the State labels approved by the United States Department of the Treasury, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau and requires a manufacturer of products sold in-state that bear such a label to notify the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations of that fact.
