H.B. 854 and companion S.B. 698 establish the Advisory Commission on Maryland Alcohol Manufacturing and the Maryland Alcohol Manufacturing Promotion Fund to provide grants that promote the advantages and attributes of State breweries, distilleries, and wineries and their products.
