Passing both legislative chambers, A.B. 3959 establishes the New Jersey Hospitality Emergency Loan Program in the state’s Economic Development Authority (EDA) to provide no-interest loans to qualified small hospitality businesses and makes a $100 million appropriation to EDA from federal funds for qualified small hospitality business assistance. The bill specifically makes breweries an eligible recipient of these loans.
