Passing the House, H.B. 546 would permit a small craft producer pub licensee to manufacture not more than 125,000 barrels of malt beverages on the licensee’s premises per year, allows brewpub licensees and small craft producer pub licensees to conduct certain activities at satellite locations and allows brewpub licensees and small craft producer pub licensees to obtain a direct shipper permit.
