Approved by the Governor, House Bill 356 authorizes a holder of a Class 8 farm brewery license to enter into a written temporary delivery agreement with a distributor for the delivery and return of beer to a beer festival or a wine and beer festival provided the festival is located within a sales territory for which the holder does not have a franchise with a distributor under the Beer Franchise Fair Dealing Act.
