A U.S. Appeals Court has ruled that Flying Dog Brewery can recover damages due to loss of sales in 2009 caused by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission’s ban on the sale of Raging Bitch Belgian-Style IPA in the state. The court held that the brewery’s First Amendment rights had been violated.
