Passing through two committees and amended, S.B. 554 would allow breweries under 3,500 barrels annual production and without a franchise agreement with a distributor to sell and deliver kegs to vendors under certain conditions. The bill allows brew pubs to transfer beer to a restaurant, of common owner affiliation, which is a part of a restaurant group of not more than 15 restaurants.
