S.B. 1792 and companion H.B. 1443 would authorize manufacturers to transfer malt beverages that are owned in whole or part by the manufacturer but are brewed by another manufacturer and allow manufacturers to sell, transport, or deliver malt beverages to vendors if certain requirements are met.
