FDA Requests Comments on Use of “Natural” on Food Labeling

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has requested public comments on whether it is appropriate to define the term “natural” and, if so, how the agency should define the term, as well as how FDA should determine appropriate use of the term on food labels. The docket will remain open until February 10, 2016.
