Delaware Bill moves forward on Beer Sales at Movie Theaters

He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Passing the House and under Senate consideration, Delaware’s House Bill 299 would allow for the sale and consumption of beer, wine and liquor at movie theaters, including consumption within the theater during a movie showing.
