Amended and passing the Senate, Senate Bill 343 seeks to allow family members of a licensed manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor, or retailer of alcoholic beverages that have reached the age of majority and are not an officer, director, employee, or stockholder of such licensee to be a licensed manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor, or retailer of alcoholic beverages.
