A Mississippi trial court has issued a series of orders dismissing a substantial number of the claims brought in Rex Distributing Company v. Anheuser-Busch et al. which involves the sale of a distributor, AB-InBev’s redirect of that sale, and a supplier’s refusal to sell its brand distribution rights to the redirected buyer.
