The bill seeks to allow a beer manufacturer to sell packaged beer at a farmers market (with certain restrictions) and allows for wine to be served at a private event held on the premises of a beer manufacturer, an ability not currently allowed unless the licensed beer manufacturer has a bona fide eating establishment.
