Signed by the Governor, A.B. 205 revises the definition of “beer” for purposes of the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Act to provide that beer may be produced using honey, fruit juice, fruit concentrate, herbs, spices, and other food materials, as adjuncts in fermentation.
