Pursuant to several Executive Orders signed by the President concerning regulatory reform and the reduction of regulatory burdens, the Department of the Treasury issued a request for information regarding its regulations. The request covers those regulations administered by the Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) under Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations and seeks information on which regulations are seen as burdensome, unnecessary or in need of modification. Brewers Association staff, legal counsel and member input contributed to the comments filed.
