Failing to pass House committee consideration, S. B. 76 sought comprehensive updates to alcohol beverage laws. The bill was amended in the House to include the provision that ultimately killed it, one which called for a reduction in the amount of beer a brewery can serve a customer, from 36 ounces to 24 ounces.
