In celebration of National Beer Day (April 7), Brewers Association Executive Chef Adam Dulye has been tapped to cook at the historic James Beard House in Manhattan. Chef Adam will be joined by Garrett Marrero of Maui Brewing Co. and Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company.

The mission of the James Beard Foundation is to celebrate, nurture, and preserve America’s culinary heritage and future. Cooking at the Beard House is one of the top opportunities a chef can receive.

“This is a true honor and nod to small and independent craft brewers, and what they are doing to shape beer culture and culinary arts,” said Chef Adam. “I’m excited to be back in the kitchen at the Beard House on behalf of the Brewers Association and our members, showcasing the magic and harmony of craft beer and food.”
