What I Wish I Would Have Known When I Started My Brewery

Craft Brewers Conference 2019
Location: Denver, Colorado
Speakers: Barry Chan, Nathaniel Miller, Scott Strain, Tom Hennessy

Ah, if only we could go back in time and do it all over again! Looking in the rear view mirror, there are so many lessons we have learned that go far beyond wishing we had more tank space. If we only knew then what we know now, we could have saved time, money, and oh-so-many headaches. In this seminar, owners from four different breweries discuss what they would change if they could transport themselves back to the time when their breweries first opened. As an attendee, you will get some very detailed ideas as to what to avoid and what to include in your new brewery. Before you spend money on things you do not need or neglect the things you do, learn from our past mistakes and start off on the right foot. We will leave time at the end of the seminar to respond to specific questions relating to your brewery.

Learning Objectives:

Hear from four different breweries on what they suggest to include in your new brewery; Save money and start off strong with the knowledge of other brewers' missteps; Ask your questions to a panel of brewers who have been through it all
