As a brewer, you know the importance of quality raw materials to your final product. You also know that there are residuals from the process that you have to get rid of. How much do you know about where your water comes from, where your wastewater goes, and what those businesses have to contend with in providing these services to your brewery? This presentation will help you gain the knowledge needed to have the right conversations with your water and wastewater utilities, regardless of your size, and start you on the path to having a productive relationship with these partners.
