The Search for a Public Malting Barley Variety Better Suited for All Malt Brewing

Craft Brewers Conference 2017
Location: Washington, D.C.
Speakers: Lindsay Barr, Chris Swersey, Paul Schwarz

This panel will describe multi-year efforts to identify an existing public malting barley variety that satisfies the needs of grower, maltster, and brewer stakeholders.
