“Safety and Solidarity: LGBTQ+ Advocacy during the Culture Wars” is a crowd-storming session for craft beer businesses who find themselves in a difficult bind—they want to continue having drag shows, Pride events, and engaging in other acts of LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, and others) advocacy, but they are faced with real and credible threats to the safety to their employees and community members. This session is opportunity to talk about these issues, learn from each other, share what has worked and what hasn’t, and crowdsource solutions.
