This panel presents a chronological timeline of the startup of Mystery Brewing Company, the first brewery financed via Kickstarter that is operational to date. They take a detailed look at the two-year decision-making process through a suite of proposed business models: alternating proprietorship, contract brewery and nanobrewery, to a fully functional 7 bbl packaging brewery to show other startups what challenges and decisions they will have to face as they start their ventures.
