Food Safety programs are a well-established practice in most of the food industry yet they have only recently come to the attention of many craft brewers. The Master Brewers Association of the Americas has developed a web and template based tool to help craft brewers adopt a program for their brewery, one small step at a time. We will discuss basic food safety and how to use readily available tools to set up a program for your brewery.
