This seminar provides transparency around how a malt Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is created, and the key buckets and indicators on a CoA as it relates to malting and brewing performance. By the end of the presentation, attendees should be familiar with the components of a malt CoA and how to use the information to make process decisions to increase efficiency, save money, and maintain high quality beer.
